Win or Lose?

“He said to me: ‘It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.’” -Revelation 21:6-8
When a sports game is over, there are winners and losers. When life as we know it is over, there will also be eternal winners and losers!
We experience victory by making the right decision when it comes to the greatest decision in life! When you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you join the winning team! You get to walk in victory with Christ every day, not just finish with victory!
However, if you reject God‘s free offer of grace through His Son Jesus, you lose everything in eternity! Part of our message to the world is that God does not want you to lose in eternity and neither do we, but there is an eternal consequence for rejecting God on earth (v.8)!
In addition to becoming a winner in Christ, we can help other people experience victory as well! Are you investing your life in helping other people experience victory in Jesus?
Make your one life count by living for Jesus on earth so you can have much to look forward to in heaven!
